educArt is a collaborating entity of the Parc Natural de la Zona Volcànica de la Garrotxa (PNZVG) and, as such, has committed to a series of measures to ensure the quality of its services. These commitments include limiting groups to 20 people per guide, providing specific training for guiding in areas that are especially significant and protected within the PNZVG, strict compliance with current legal requirements related to the company and its activities, the use of educational materials validated by the Park, and ensuring staff stability and continuous training.
The organisation is also committed to maintaining high quality standards in all the services it offers, as well as periodically evaluating its activities and analysing satisfaction surveys.
Most of the educArt educators who work at the Olot Tourist Office and lead guided visits in la Garrotxa hold the official PNZVG Guide qualification.
